A charming hotel with a restaurant, garden, and terrace. Loved the balcony and free parking. WiFi was a bonus, and the garden was a relaxing spot. Towels were a nice touch.

The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, perfect for star spotting and watching the sun set. The restaurant next door offered delicious home cooked food and the host was genuinely friendly. The apartment had a rustic charm with old-fashioned furniture and interesting bits and bobs. The property was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a good shower.

Navigating in the dark with luggage was a fun challenge, and the lack of shade on the terrace made it feel like an oven. But hey, at least the airport is nearby!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the town and next to many running and hiking trails. Guests can enjoy the stunning views from the terrace and balconies, perfect for watching the mountains and stars. The house itself is charming and comfortable, with a spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchen.

Some doorways and entrances in the house have low heights, which might be inconvenient for taller guests.

We just had an amazing week at Casa Del Caminero in Tejeda. Armando, the owner and host, was incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for exploring Gran Canaria. the house itself is charming and rustic, with comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic balcony that offers breathtaking views of Tejeda and stunning sunsets. We spent most of our time there, enjoying the views and even stargazing at night. the location is superb, and we also highly recommend dining at Armando's restaurant below the house - the food is delicious and the wine selection is top-notch. it was a perfect stay at Casa Del Caminero. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

The welcoming host, with perfect English, gave great suggestions for walks and places to visit, and his restaurant below served excellent food with carefully chosen menu options.
